Alfons X

Based on the image from “The Book of Chess” or “Cantigas de Santa Maria” by Alfonso X of Castile (1221–1284). The model has a flat shape but sophisticated, royal trimming. The brim is sewn with silk textile. I can trimm the edge with e.g. silk, hand-plaited cord as well.

Don’t mind if I suggest an extra coif, made of fine linen or silk.  Just to protect your hair from the dust, My Lord! 🙂
